However, his overly thorough approach causes delays, and when the situation gets on top of him, it is up to Duffy to give him a tough love pep talk. Meanwhile, Robyn is dismayed to learn Glen has taken a job as a porter in the department, but he manages to prove his worth dealing with an injured priest with a suspicious fixation on antibiotics.
